Slovenia Supports New Wine Reform Ideas
Luxembourg, 22 October - The European Commission put forward on Monday new ideas for reform of the wine sector, including the shortening from five to three years of the period in which winemakers receive support for the uprooting of vineyards. Slovenia supports the proposal, as the money thus saved could be used for other purposes, Agriculture Ministry State Secretary Branka Tome told STA.
