Constitutional Court Turns Down SOVA Law Complaint

Ljubljana, 24 October - The Constitutional Court has thrown out a request by the Supreme Court to examine the constitutionality of the law on SOVA, the Slovenian spy agency. The court said there was no grounds to examine article 21 of the law that regulates the way SOVA monitors international lines of communication.
