Ljubljana, 19 August - For a few months all ties between Slovenia and Serbia were broken, and there was a marvellous peace. Then the self-named Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (ZRJ) decided to recognize Slovenia, which in normal surroundings should have been a gesture of good will, and now we already have a new "family quarrel," writes Boris Jež in this morning's Delo.
