Krka Acquires German Generics Maker TAD Pharma
Novo Mesto, 9 November - Pharmaceutical company Krka has acquired German maker of generic drugs TAD Pharma in an all-cash transaction worth EUR 97m. This is just the start of activities in this field, Krka chief executive Joze Colaric told the press on Friday.
