Ljubljana, 16 November - The junior coalition People's Party (SLS) will convene a congress in Ljubljana on Saturday at which SLS president Janez Podobnik and vice-president Bojan Srot are to switch places in a bid to overturn the falling trend in voter approval ratings and secure a winning formula for the 2008 general election.
