Večer: Carrington's Defeat
Ljubljana, 25 August - Everybody expected that after the London Conference on Yugoslavia Lord Carrington would entirely devote himself to his hobby - managing London's famous Sotheby's. However, nobody expected him to do this just one day before the beginning of the Conference. Talkative Milan Panic quickly labeled this as the first breakthrough at the conference, while for the Slovenian delegation it was the confirmation of its doubts that the conference will not really be the continuation of the Haag and Brussels conferences, says Slavko Vizovišek in today's Večer.
