Večer: Are the Roads in Turn?

Ljubljana, 12 September - Obviously it is a wrong thinking that the foreigners will solve our road jams without their own profits. Following the foreigners' response to the offered concessions, and the interests of foreign banks Slovenija will have to provide at least the 30% share in the motor-roads' construction, writes Aleš Mišič in today's Večer.
