Delo: President without a State
Ljubljana, 2 October - The only palpable result of Bosnian President's Izetbegović and Prime Minister's Pelivan visit to Slovenia yesterday, was the signing of an agreement on diplomatic relations between the two countries. With the war still raging in Bosnia, not much more is either possible or realistic. Apart from moral and diplomatic support, and Slovenian care for 75,000 Bosnian refugees, Slovenia cannot offer anything else to the legal Bosnian government, writes Veso Stojanov in the Theme column in today's Delo.
