Ljubljana, 7 October - It's obvious that Slovenia has been reasonable in waiting for the war in Croatia to cool down before trying to settle certain issues with that country, writes Boris Jež. But, says Jež, it's also hecome obvious that Croatia is taking advantage of that delay and has certain goals in mind: to temporarily freeze the relationship between Slovenia and Croatia in order to enable Croatian President Tuđman to play his trump card depending on his current needs in internal or foreign policy.
