Delo: Waiting for Decision

Ljubljana, 6 November - In today's Delo, Mojca Drčar Murko writes about the lack of an integral strategy concerning the construction of roads, railway systems, and electric and communication networks. These issues are, says the author, pushed into the margins and left to random decision making. She also points out that not one political party bases its election campaign on these issues.
