Slovenec: Freedom of the Press and Ideology

Ljubljana, 9 November - In today's Slovenec Jani Virk takes aim at freedom of the press. He begins his article referring to the pioneer work by Ferdinand Tonnies, published in the twenties, in which the author defines a request for the freedom of the press as a characteristic organizational principle of modern European and North American societies. Mr. Virk then continues to analyze various aspects of the subject.
