Večer: Midnight Cease-fire
Ljubljana, 13 November - The fragile Cease-fire in Sarajevo and elsewhere in Bosnia-Herzegovina, which was signed by the military leaders of all three warring parties, should not be attributed to some flicker of reason that enlightened raging heads, writes Boris Jaušovec in today's Veer. It is more likely, thinks the author, that the Serbs and in their own way the Croats, have achieved their military goals or are quite close to achieving them.
