Delo: The Interlude for Reconsideration

Ljubljana, 13 November - Yesterday's Cease-fire in Bosnia lasted a bit longer than previous ones, observes Delo's commentator Marjan Sedmak. Probably not because the fighters got tired but because the Serbs must have taken into account the possibility that the circumstances in which they were able to simultaneously negotiate and occupy the Bosnian territories while evading punishment, will gradually begin to change.
