Slovenian Prime Minister Writes to the Serbian President

Ljubljana, 16 November - On his return from Sarajevo, the Slovenian Foreign Minister, Dr.Dimitrij Rupel, sent a letter to the Serbian President, Mr. Dobrica Ćosić. Mr. Rupel turned to Mr. Ćosić, his old friend and fellow writer and the man with whom he shares dear memories, to help save Sarajevo and Bosnia-Herzegovina.
