Večer: Wishes, Goals, and Possibilities

Ljubljana, 18 November - It doesn't happen so often, that two such important events should occur at the same time. Yesterday, a mixed committee, representatives from Slovenia and the EFTA, was in session, and the executive secretary of the UN Economic Commission for Europe came to Ljubljana for a working visit. Words of one who accepted the invitation and came to our country, certainly have value more than estimations of what Slovenia has already done on its way into the market economy, where it would like to find itself and what it is prepared to do, writes Jelka Zupanic in today's Večer.
