Večer: A Desperate Warning

Ljubljana, 26 November - Henry Kissinger gave some advice to Bill Clinton concerning the crisis in former Yugoslavia. He did it with crushing words, but as a perfect analyst and pragmatist. He just expressed aloud the world's cynicism and hypocrisy towards the Balkan question, writes Boris Jaušovec in today's editorial. According to Kissinger, Bosnia and Hercegovina are lost in any case, but for this reason everything possible must be done to prevent the expansion of the war to other territories.
