Delo: Fight for Domination in the Balkans

Ljubljana, 27 November - The UN General Secretary's proposal to the Security Council, to send military and civilian personnel to Macedonia, is a reasonable step. This is especially true now that the situation in this part of the Balkans has reached a such dangerous pitch. Even the Blue Caps would not be able to prevent the probable eruption of the third Balkans war, writes Veso Stojanov in today's Delo.
