Ljubljana, 15 December - There is not much hope that the ministers of the 52 member-countries of the European Conference on Security and Collaboration (KVSE) will adopt a measure in Stockholm to put a stop to the Serbian aggression in Bosnia-Hercegovina. The White House in Washington is expecting a new occupant. In Moscow president Yeltsin is exposed to pressures from various orthodox forces and won't risk opening any new political fronts. The EEC has trouhies of its own and NATO is pretending to be prepared for severe action against Serbia, but only with by decree of the UNO - which hasn't been adopted yet, writes Marjan Sedmak in today's Topic of the Day column.
