Slovenia recognized both the Czech and Slovak republics on the 1st of January

Ljubljana, 4 January - The Slovenian government agreed during its December 22 session that it will recognize both the Czech and Slovak republics on January 1st, thus establishing diplomatic relations (on the ambassadorial level) with both countries. This was announced today by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
