Formation of representative groups by the SKD, ZL, DS and the Green Party

Ljubljana, 5 January - Official talks on the formation of a new government and on the possibility of forming a coalition will commence only after the eight parties have formed their representative groups. Up to now, only half of the Slovene parliamentary parties have managed to do so, namely: the Slovenian Christian Democratic Party (SKDS), the United List (ZL), the Democratic Party (DS) and the Green Party of Slovenia (ZS). The period of time allowed for forming the groups expires on Thursday, January 7.
