Večer: Whose court is the ball in'?

Ljubljana, 11 January - According to Mirko Lorenci, a political commentator for the Maribor-based paper, Večer, Lord Owen and Cyrus Vance are probably now wondering whose court the ball is in. This is the ball that was hit back yesterday by the Assembly of the Bosnian Serb Republic, which adopted the peace plan proposed by the Geneva Conference at a session held in Pale. The ball bounced back to everyone and no-one, so it is not really clear where it now is.
