Ljubljana, 11 January - The murder of Hakija Turaljić - a cruel provocation - caused an immediate world reaction. But these were just statements expressing disapproval. The most promising were the words of French Minister Bernard Kouchner who called for the use of force against Serbian aggression, or at least for permission to arm the Moslems. Miomir Žužal, a deputy of the Croatian Minister of Foreign Affairs, officially disputed the French proposal, writes Mirko Lorenci in today's editorial.
