Delo: Together with the Ustasha and the Chetniks?
Ljubljana, 22 February - On returning from New York, Slovene Finance Minister Gaspari and Governor of the Bank (BS) of Slovenia Arhar mentioned "good will" of those they talked to, which means, in diplomatic language, that the separate agreement of Slovenia with the creditors of former Yugoslavia is possible, but there are still many things to be cleared up. Thus, Slovenia must keep alert as it may be forced to settle all the debt of former Yugoslavia. Among the former Yugoslav republics, Slovenia is namely the only one financially capable of settling the debt, writes Boris Jež in Wednesday's Delo.
