Ljubljana, 3 February - In the first month of 1993 Slovenia got a new four-party ruling coalition presided over by the president of the Liberal Democratic Party (LDS) Janez Drnovšek, the reconstruction of the Slovenian banking system was begun and employee strikes in commercial and non-commercial sectors continued. The monthly inflation rate was 3.7% (December's was 1.1%), the latest surveys show that 113,000 people are seeking employment and the average gross income was around 600 DM.
