Ljubljana, 19 February - Slovenia finally has its national quality programme which could hardly be blamed for any concrete errors or deficiencies. The task of those using it is to "produce a positive Slovenian identity of quality which will distinguish Slovenia from other countries", Tomaž Švagelj writes in Delo's Theme of the Day.
