The Helsinki Committee of Slovenia will be celebrating its first year in the IHF in March

At the regular annual congress of the International Helsinki Federation (IHF) currently being held in Ljubljana and to mark the occasion of its anniversary of membership of the Federation (March 1992), the Helsinki Committee of Slovenia presented a report on its activities.
