Attali: I hope that first investments will soon occur

"The purpose of my short visit to Slovenia is to improve relations between the EBRD and Slovenia. I hope that we will reach an agreement for the first investment in the next few weeks. This investment amounts to ECU 70 million and will be invested in the modernization of the Drava hydroelectric power plant", stated the EBRD president Jacques Attali at today's press conference after his talks with Prime Minister Drnovšek.
