100 years of Slovenian Mountaineering Society

Ljubljana, 2 March - MOUNTAIN/ASSOCIATION/100/YEARS
On Sunday a celebration took place in Ljubljana to mark 100 years of the Mountaineering Association of Slovenia (PZS), at which the most deserving members received awards. The speakers were the president of the MAS, Andrej Brvar, and president of the Republic of Slovenia Milan Kučan, who decorated the PZS with the highest state award, the Golden Honorary Symbol of Liberty.
