Kučan: Signing the Paris Charter is an historic moment for Slovenes

"The act of signing the Paris Charter for the New Europe is a important event for Slovenes. With this Slovenia confirmed its free will to plan and implement a European future together with the nations and countries that have firmly decided to build a new Europe as a continent of democracy, peace, cooperation and unity," said President of Slovenia Milan Kučan after the signing of the Paris Charter today.
