Ljubljana, 10 January - For Slovenia as the first EU newcomer to preside over the EU, it will be already a success if it manages to manoeuvre among the key Euroatlantic centres of power in a relatively balanced fashion and if it moves the outstanding issues at least a few centimetres forward, daily Delo says on Thursday.
