Australian Open: Srebotnik Advances to Second Round

Melbourne, 15 January - Slovenia's top tennis player, Katarina Srebotnik, has cleared the first hurdle at the US$ 18.5m Australian Open. The 28th seed defeated Lourdes Dominguez Lino (71) of Spain in three sets, 4:6, 6:0 and 9:7, in Melbourne on Tuesday.
