President Calls for Debate on Meaning of Civilisations
Madrid, 15 January - Slovenian President Danilo Tuerk has called for a global debate to answer the "perennial question" on the meaning of civilisations. He told the maiden forum of the Alliance of Civilisations in Madrid on Tuesday that this was a prerequisite for crafting measures aimed at promoting harmony and avoiding conflicts in the world.
