President Tuerk Visits Vatican and Rome

Rome/Vatican City, 6 February - President Danilo Tuerk was received on Wednesday by Pope Benedict XVI during his first visit to Rome and the Vatican as the head of state. Tuerk presented the Pope with a bronze statue of Christ, while the Pope conferred upon Tuerk a pontifical medal.
