Five Companies Publish Takeover Intention for Poultry Producer

Maribor, 20 March - Five companies published on Thursday an intention for a takeover bid for Perutnina Ptuj, Slovenia's largest poultry producer. Apart from the Perutninarska zadruga Ptuj cooperative, Peturnina Ptuj's largest single owner, the remaining bidders do not hold a noteworthy stake in the company.
