Grad: Parliament Should Not Appoint All Constitutional Judges

Ljubljana, 22 March - Former Constitutional Court judge Franc Grad, who recently quit after only a few months on the job, told Saturday's daily Delo that the appointment of constitutional judges by the National Assembly was a systemic flaw in the Constitution and that "the attitude of politics towards the Court" contributed greatly to his decision to quit.
