Vecer Doubts Road Safety Act Will Be Properly Enforced

Maribor, 3 April - Commenting on Wednesday's passing of the amendments to the road safety act, Vecer says on Thursday that people soon get used to higher fines, while police patrols on Slovenian roads are more an exception than a rule. If there is no police to catch violators and fine them, the stiffness of fines is irrelevant.
