Official: Information Commissioner Crippled Leak Investigation
Ljubljana, 8 April - Information Commissioner Natasa Pirc Musar's interdiction made it impossible for the Foreign Ministry to carry out an internal investigation regarding a leaked diplomatic dispatch on talks between US diplomats and Slovenian officials, ministry's spokesman Bojan Brezigar told the press on Tuesday.
