Reinsurer AGM Endorses EUR 16.5m Share Capital Increase

Ljubljana, 14 April - The shareholders of the state-owned reinsurer Sava endorsed on Monday a EUR 16.4m capital increase in the next five years as they met at an annual general meeting (AGM) in Ljubljana. Sava was given the green light to issue up to 3.93 million new shares, the reinsurer told the press.
