Trade Union Blasts Court of European Communities Rulings

Ljubljana, 14 April - Head of the largest Slovenian trade union confederation, ZSSS, Dusan Semolic, heavily criticised in Ljubljana on Monday the recent judgments of the Court of European Communities regarding labour legislation, saying that the rulings were undermining the welfare model of the EU.
