Free Daily Says Provinces Referenda Smell of Election

Ljubljana, 18 April - Commenting on the consultative referenda on provinces proposed by the government, free daily Zurnal24 wonders on Friday whether the institution of provinces, a key development project for Slovenia's regional development, should be introduced in a way which smells of the approaching general election.
