MPs at Odds over Penal Code, New ID Cards

Ljubljana, 21 April - The coalition and opposition parties failed to see eye-on-eye on Monday regarding the new draft Penal Code and the introduction of new ID cards that would combine data from the existing ID card, the health insurance card and a digital certificate for accessing e-administration services.
