Triglav Supervisors OK Participation in NLB Privatisation
Ljubljana, 25 April - The supervisory board of Zavarovalnica Triglav, Slovenia's largest insurer, endorsed on Friday the company's participation in the share capital increase of NLB, Slovenia's top bank. Triglav, already a minority shareholder in NLB, will spend EUR 55.34m to maintain its stake in the bank.
