Bill to Allow Individual Collective Agreements for Civil Servants

Ljubljana, 8 May - The government adopted on Thursday a bill that would allow it to conclude individual collective bargaining agreements with public sector trade unions. The current legislation requires that all trade unions agree with the government proposal before collective bargaining agreements for the public sector are signed.
