OSCE Chairman Hails Lenarcic's Appointment
Helsinki, 15 May - Finnish Foreign Minister Alexander Stubb, the chairman-in-office of the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), welcomed on Thursday the decision by the OSCE Ministerial Council to appoint Slovenian official Janez Lenarcic as the head of the organisation's human rights body.
