Testen: Staff Shortage Key Issue of Country's Justice System
Ljubljana, 19 May - The Lukenda programme, which aims at boosting the justice system, has been implemented in all aspects, except in filling vacant posts, Supreme Court President Franc Testen said on Monday as he presented the report on the court's activities in 2007. The reason for this are the low salaries of judges, he said.
