PM Says Govt Tightening Purse Strings

Ljubljana, 29 May - The government is tightening the purse strings with the supplementary budget for 2008. This will ease inflationary expectations and reduce the debt burden, Prime Minister Janez Jansa told parliament on Thursday as he presented the supplementary budget bill.
