Upper Chamber Vetoes Amendments to Higher Education Act

Ljubljana, 5 June - The National Council, the upper chamber of parliament, vetoed on Thursday amendments to the higher education act. The proponents of another veto, to the general practitioner services act, failed to muster sufficient support.
