EU Justice Ministers Adopt Environment, Cross-Border Regulation
Luxembourg, 6 June - The regular session of the EU's Justice and Home Affairs Council, chaired by Slovenian Justice Minister Lovro Sturm, confirmed on Friday a directive on the protection of the environment through criminal law, and adopted new rules which are to strengthen cross-border legal protection of businesses and individuals.
