Judges Start Token Strike

Ljubljana, 9 June - About three quarters of Slovenian judges started a three-day token strike on Monday. They want wages on par with cabinet members and lawmakers, and the regulation of their pay in the law on judges, not the law which governs wages in the public sector. Public Administration Minister Gregor Virant rejected the demands as unjustified.
