Italians Dominate First Stage of Tour of Slovenia

Postojna, 11 June - Italian cyclists dominated the first day of the Tour of Slovenia, the 161 km stage between Ljubljana and Postojna. Claudio Cuccinota (LPR) had the upper hand in the six-man finish, followed by Enrico Rossi (NGC Medical) and Simone Cadamuro (Nippo Endeka).
